4 Week Update - Feb. 27th

Kalena is a MONTH old already!! OMFSM time went by so fast!!!!

She is holding her head up much better now, but not 100% yet.
She is a flatulent little girl, and loves to give dad diaper explosions.
She is almost grown out of her newborn clothes and diapers.
Her mohawk is growing longer and thicker eveyday... we hope this continues and it doesn't fall out.

Todd and I are adjusting to parent life very well and love it (Most the time, Todd says). We are helping each other out with getting sleep and are awaiting the day she sleeps through the late night feeding.

My First Bath

Two Week Update

Kalena had her two week appt on Monday Feb. 11, they said she is doing great. Her weight was up to 7 pounds 10.5 ounces.

On Feb. 7th her umbilical cord came off.
On Feb. 13th her vision started to develop.

Almost Two Weeks Old

Hello Everyone!!

Kalena is doing great!! She is an eating machine and loves her sleep. There have been some rough nights, but thats to be expected.

She is more precious than Todd and I ever imagined.

She did great at her first doctors appointment. She didn't even cry when they took blood! She goes back Monday the 11th for her next check up.

Kalena even slept in her crib last night (the 6th) for the first time and did great, hopefully the nights to come are just as smooth.

She has a tight hand grip!
She loves to stare at those who hold her!
She has found the love of sucking on her fingers!
And most of all she loves to go through a ton of diapers every day!
